ARP/wARP Output Files

In your current working directory ARP/wARP will create two subdirectories. All the log files are written to the subdirectory logs/, the subdirectory files/ contains important intermediate files² or and maps.
For example:

mir_model_1.brk ...model 1 build into MIR map

model_1_rc1.brk ...model 1 after the first refinement cycle

-

model_3_rc2.brk ...model 3 after second refinement cycle

-

model_2_rc999.brk ...model 2 after the latest shaking

-

next_for_use_5.brk ...the file which is going to be used for whatever you want to do with model 5

FoFOM.map ...the density map after averaging

allaver.mtz ...an MTZ file with averaged phases and weights

-

*.ext ...map files covering molecule
