Killing Jobs

For the scripts arp_warp_setup.sh, arp_molrep.sh, arp_solvent.sh and warpNtrace.sh it's fairly simple, just
1.
press CTRL c (and 'Enter')
For warp.sh and warp_solve.sh:

1.
CTRL c

2.
Type 'ps' (or 'top') to see the processes that are running. The number of processes will depend on the number of models you chose

3.
kill -9 these processes
Both these scripts, are smart enough to refuse running if they see that a previous job was interrupted in the wrong way. In this case they will even print a message suggesting which jobs to kill.
