Adding your Own Module

1. Choose a script as the starting point.
2. Run the new program in the long loop.
   1. Have it read init.cor
   2. Define the command to be either GRADIENT or CURVATURE with the $COMMAND environment variable.
3. Have Shift read the output of the new module
   1. Remember to delete the file after Shift's run
4. Add the new program to the short loop.
   1. Use shifted.cor this time.
   2. Write only the function value.
5. Have Shift read the output file
   1. Delete the file.
