Advanced Use of the Discover Program

The Discover program is controlled by means of BTCL (Biosym TCL) commands. These commands are the same whether the input file is constructed by means of the Insight or standalone versions of the Discover program. For advanced use of the Discover program, you will need some familiarity with BTCL, with the way the program manipulates data internally (tables and databases), and perhaps with the means available for communicating with other programs.
